Workplace Pensions
The law on workplace pensions has changed. Under the Pensions Act 2008, every employer in the United Kingdom must put certain staff into a Pension Scheme and contribute towards it. This is called “Automatic Enrolment”.
Automatic Enrolment affects all employers with at least one staff member aged between 16 and 74 years of age and resident in the United Kingdom.
We can help you set up your scheme and submission of your “Declaration of Compliance” to HMRC.
Deductions by the employee and payments by the employer can be added to wage slips where needed.
If you decide to use the Government Pensions Scheme (NEST) we can administer this service for you by completing your weekly submissions.
